RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  PLEASE CHECK SPELLING BEFORE SUBMITTING ALL ENGRAVING REQUESTS.  ONCE ENGRAVED, CUSTOMER SPELLING ERRORS CAN BE FIXED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

TERMS OF SERVICE

ALL ORDERS THROUGH THE TROPHY CASE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS.  PRICING FOR ENGRAVING AND SHIPPING WILL VARY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED ONLINE.  

AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED ONLINE CUSTOMERS NEED TO CALL THE TROPHY CASE WITH A CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR ENGRAVING AND SHIPPING CHARGES.  ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED OR AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL WE RECEIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER VIA TELEPHONE (801) 562-2082. ENGRAVING AND SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED ON THE ORDER.  A NEW INVOICE WILL BE CREATED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO REFLECT ENGRAVING AND SHIPPING CHARGES.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR AN ORDER TO BE FULFILLED.  

DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF FIGURES WE OFFER FOR EACH TROPHY, IF THE ONE YOU ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPLACE IT WITH ONE CLOSEST IN RESEMBLANCE.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY, AND TAKE GREAT CARE TO SAFEGUARD INFORMATION IN OUR POSSESSION.  THE TROPHY CASE DOES NOT SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION (INCLUDING EMAIL ADDRESSES). WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION WHEN YOU TELL US TO DO SO, TO IDENTIFY OR CONTACT YOU, TO PROTECT  YOUR RIGHTS OR THE RIGHTS OF THE TROPHY CASE OR AS REQUIRED OR PERMITTED BY LAW.  TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND USE, WE USE SECURITY MEASURES THAT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW.
